Marketplaces pay sellers in lump sums that mix sales, fees, refunds and reserves. Bookkeepers spend hours untangling each payout by hand before it can be booked, and existing tools are priced per transaction, which gets expensive as a shop grows.

FeeFox reads each payout, splits it into revenue per order, each individual fee and the money-in-transit, and pushes the result into lexoffice. It is built as a hardened PHP API with flat pricing in mind. Customer-facing flows stay deliberately closed until the marketplace sign-in, signature verification and the accounting engine are complete.
