DevOps Services and Cloud Engineering on AWS, Azure & GCP
We set up and run cloud infrastructure that is boring in the best way: automated deployments, monitoring that alerts before your users notice, backups that are actually tested, and a bill that grows with usage instead of ahead of it. Everything is defined as code on your own cloud accounts, so you keep full ownership.
From servers nobody wants to touch to infrastructure that runs itself.
Deployments are scary
Releases are manual, happen late at night and sometimes take the site down — so the team ships less often than it should.
You find out about outages from customers
There is no monitoring or alerting worth the name, and nobody is sure whether the last backup could actually be restored.
The cloud bill keeps climbing
Oversized servers, forgotten resources and no tagging mean you pay for capacity you don't use and can't explain the invoice.
Push to deploy
CI/CD pipelines that test, build and release automatically, with preview environments and one-click rollback when something goes wrong.
Problems caught early
Uptime checks, metrics, logs and alerts routed to the right people — plus backups restored on a schedule to prove they work.
Costs you understand
Right-sized resources, autoscaling and tagged spend, reviewed regularly so every line on the bill has an owner and a reason.
What we build
Cloud & DevOps services.
From a first production setup for a new product to tidying up infrastructure that grew without a plan.
01
Cloud architecture & setup
Production-ready environments on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud — networking, databases, storage and security designed for your workload.
02
CI/CD pipelines
Automated test, build and deploy pipelines with preview environments, so every change reaches production the same safe way.
03
Infrastructure as code
Environments described in Terraform or similar tools, reviewed like application code and reproducible on demand.
04
Containers & orchestration
Docker images and, where the scale justifies it, Kubernetes — or simpler managed platforms when they do the job with less overhead.
05
Monitoring, backups & security
Uptime checks, logs, metrics and alerting; automated, tested backups; least-privilege access and secrets management.
06
Cloud migration & cost optimization
Moving from shared hosting or another provider with a planned cut-over, then right-sizing and cleaning up to cut waste.
Our process
How we deliver Cloud & DevOps.
We assess first, change carefully and leave you with documentation. A typical setup or clean-up project takes 2–6 weeks; ongoing operations run on a retainer.

Assess
Week 1
We review your current infrastructure, deployments, costs and risks, and agree on the targets: uptime, recovery time and budget.

Week 1 — 2
A step-by-step plan that keeps production running throughout — including how we roll back if any step doesn't go as expected.

Engagement & pricing
Pricing cloud work, three ways.
Migrations and pipeline setups are well-defined. Running production is ongoing, so it suits a retainer.

Migrations and pipeline setups
Fixed scope
An assessment and a written plan, then a fixed price for the move or the pipeline.

Companies scaling fast
Dedicated team
A DevOps engineer on your platform each month — capacity, releases and reliability.

Production you want looked after
Retainer
Monitoring, patching, backups and incident response with agreed response times.
DevOps services cover everything between writing code and running it reliably: cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting, backups, security hardening and cost management. The goal is frequent, safe releases and fewer surprises in production.
Which cloud provider should we use?
It depends on your product, your team's skills and any existing commitments. AWS has the widest service range, Google Cloud is strong for data and containers, and Azure fits Microsoft-heavy companies. Many products are best served by a simpler managed platform. We recommend one after the assessment, with the reasons written down.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often not. Kubernetes is powerful but adds operational overhead. For most early-stage and mid-size products, managed container services or platforms are cheaper and easier to run. We introduce Kubernetes only when the scale and team justify it.
Can you migrate us without downtime?
In most cases, yes. We build the new environment alongside the old one, test it with real traffic patterns, and switch over with a rollback plan ready. Where a short maintenance window is unavoidable, we plan it with you for the quietest time.
Who owns the cloud accounts and infrastructure?
You do. Everything runs on cloud accounts in your company's name, and the infrastructure code lives in your repository. We work with access you grant and can revoke at any time.
Can you reduce our cloud costs?
Usually. Common savings come from right-sizing over-provisioned servers, removing unused resources, autoscaling, storage lifecycle rules and committed-use discounts. We start with a cost review that shows where the money goes before changing anything.
