Web Development Company for Fast, High-Ranking Websites
We build websites and web applications that load fast, rank well and turn visitors into customers — using Next.js, React and a clean, maintainable codebase. Speed and technical SEO are part of the build from day one, not an afterthought before launch.
From a website that sits there to one that brings in enquiries.
A slow site that doesn't rank
Heavy themes, bloated plugins and unoptimised images push load times past three seconds — and Google's Core Web Vitals push the site down the results.
Traffic that doesn't convert
Visitors arrive and leave. Unclear messaging, weak calls to action and forms that break on mobile quietly cost you leads every day.
A codebase nobody wants to touch
Every small change takes days and breaks something else, so the site falls behind the business it's supposed to represent.
Fast by construction
Static rendering, optimised images and minimal JavaScript, with a Lighthouse performance budget we hold the build to before every release.
Built to rank
Clean semantic HTML, structured data, sitemaps, canonical URLs and page templates designed around the keywords your buyers actually search.
Easy to change
A typed, documented codebase and a CMS your team can use without a developer — so the site keeps up with the business.
What we build
Web Development services.
From a five-page company site to a logged-in customer portal, we use the same principles: fast pages, honest content and code your next developer will thank you for.

Engagement & pricing
Pricing a website, three ways.
Company websites and stores are usually a fixed scope. Web apps that grow every month suit a dedicated team.
01
Company websites and stores
Fixed scope
Sitemap and page list agreed first, then a fixed price for design, build, content entry and launch.
02
Web apps and portals
Dedicated team
A monthly team that ships features, reviews analytics and keeps the app fast as it grows.
03
Sites already live
Retainer
Content changes, speed and SEO checks, security updates and new pages from a monthly block of hours.
A business website with a handful of well-designed pages costs much less than a web application with logins, payments and integrations. The biggest cost drivers are the number of unique page templates, integrations and content migration. After a short call we send a fixed quote broken down by stage.
Why Next.js instead of WordPress?
Next.js pages are prerendered and ship very little JavaScript, which makes them faster and more secure than a typical plugin-heavy WordPress site, with full control over technical SEO. If your team prefers WordPress for editing, we can use it as a headless CMS behind a Next.js front-end.
Will my new website rank on Google?
We build everything Google rewards technically — fast Core Web Vitals, clean HTML, structured data, sitemaps and pages targeted at real search intent. Rankings also depend on content and authority built over time, and we'll show you exactly where you stand and what to do next.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. We set up a CMS so your team can edit pages, publish articles and update images without touching code, and we train whoever will use it.
Will we lose our rankings when we redesign?
Not if it's done properly. We crawl your current site, map every old URL to its new one with 301 redirects, keep what ranks, and monitor Search Console closely after launch.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
We set up hosting on your own account (so you own it) and offer monthly maintenance covering updates, backups, monitoring and small changes.
How long does it take to build a website?
A typical business website takes 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Web applications are scoped individually after discovery. You get a live preview link from the first sprint onward.
